What's inside those 3DS Card Cases? Some of y'all been wondering. (Open the image in a new window if it's too small) I have 6 digital games on my 3DS too, Star Fox 64 3D, Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D, Azure Striker Gunvolt, Azure Striker Gunvolt 2, Project X Zone 2, and Cave Story, not really sure if Fire Emblem Fates Conquest and Revelations counts as digital. My Dad found the R4 and Pokemon Black at the laundromat, and that Mario & Sonic game, yuck. I still haven't started Pokemon Sun yet. Yeah, I know, this camera is really bad. #Nintendo

I recently finished playing Xenoblade Chronicles (available now from the Nintendo eShop!). It was pretty damn awesome, dood. I gotta be honest, I was really freaked out during the last part of the game. 188 hours? Well, I spent most of the time listening to the BGMs, it's worth a listen even if you haven't played the game yet. I didn't want to leave Mechonis Field because the tune was just as good as Gaur Plain. Certain places gets blocked off the further you progress, but thankfully there is New Game+ thing. You can carry over levels, party member's affinity, gems, some equips, and some other stuff. I do want to play through this game again because I missed a lot of stuff like quests and the complete reconstruction of Colony 6, but there a

I think I'm on the last area in Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze, and on the way there I heard another cool tune that brought back memories. Around 1:20 in, you can hear In a Snow-Bound Land from DKC2. So awesome, dood! There's a lot of great tunes in this game. Oh, uhh, and it's snowing over here again, dood. #playing #Nintendo

So I didn't get to complete Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D for the 3DS because it's just too weird/difficult to control, I got up to level 8-7, the level right before the final boss, but I did go back to the Wii version to see if I missed anything. To my surprise, it was only at 78% and at that moment I remembered why. My old original Wii was at the brink of not being able to read discs anymore, and I think I rushed through the game as fast as I could, that's why I never completed the game back then. I still had to collect all the KONG letters, all the puzzle pieces, complete the Temple levels and complete every level on Time Attack and Mirror Mode. To be honest, I had no idea about Mirror Mode until I read about it sometime in November(thi

Fail. I heard it happened to many Smash 4 players, but Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D of all things. I would have used the +Control Pad option, but the button setups are awkward as hell. Wii remote had the best controls, and I might just go back to the Wii version after I finish this. Been a good 4 years, dood. Now I can see why Dashie hates Donkey, always friggin' things up. #fail
