Destiny 2 has launched! I played for about an hour last night at midnight release and it was amazing. The first introductory story mission felt robust and full of action, a far cry from the story-lacking first iteration of Destiny. Before the game began though they played some slides of my Destiny 1 memories and it was honestly heartwarming to go back down memory lane. On September 24th 2014, we began our Destiny journey. 3 years later and we are ready for the next.

The only game worth playing is Overcooked on the Switch.

@FriedClams I swear that was the first reply I've ever seen from you that didn't involve food.

@Gengar Doesn't matter, didn't involve the usual structure of "______________! Celebrate with (insert food here)!"

That's a really cool idea (memories / flashbacks)!

The first game at launch gave me a very sour taste toward this game, making me quit around the second expansion. I didn't want to buy TTK when they introduced it and price cut the entire game. It was one of the games I regret buying the special edition at launch even though TTK supposedly "fixed" the game but wasn't part of the season pass.

@privateereck yeah this is kind of what irks me a lot of the move towards DLC's. And buying the special edition SHOULD entitle you to future DLC for free, shouldn't it? C'mon!

@syrup They did state on the expansion pass only 2 DLCs. Their 3rd one ended up being the superior version.
